This was my first Artfight attack ever. First time joining! I’ve felt like I’ve owed Nemo some art so I spent some extra time making something really nice for them.

Shady – Jack of Art Trades (6/25)
This was a trade with @shadyxcrimson.bsky.social of her sona/OC Shady. It was a lot of fun! Her character is beautiful. What’s funny is, the reference she gave me didn’t show feet so I didn’t know if she wore anything. So, uh… after saying “hi” on Discord:
Hahaha. She was really cool and we had a good chat! I got the reference I needed and I finished the sketch!
I took a few screenshots during the progress and sent them around.

After this point, I stopped taking screenshots. Just kinda locked in. I made soooo many layers to make this whole drawing. It was like… 41 or something. Hard to count. And the project file is 1.2GB large lol

Belladona – Wrath
This was a reeaaally fun impromptu piece. It actually started out with the idea:
- Haven’t shaded with heavy black and used thick lines in a while
- Would be fun to draw my recently created sona again.
- Low angle, looking down head shots go brrrrrrr
That didn’t happen, obviously. I wish I still had the initial sketch. It was cool, still, when it wasn’t Bella.
These are all I got of the early bits (not actually early).
Was REALLY impressed with myself on the horn detail.

I called the above DONE, and then realized I FORGOT HER SLEEVES. So I added it. And… damn, how did I do this?
This is the last WIP shot I have. This is with one layer of flats and one shadow layer.

Made the initial sketch months ago, but only just got back to it because I put her up for ArtFight 2025.

I was “trying” to go simple and only use a single shadow and single highlight layer just to see how it would go. i failed.

Penumbra – Coffee
Finally finished an older WIP of Penumbra.
She used to be like… THE OC for me for a while. My comic centers around her. But that ho Anais popped into existence and very literally pushed her out of the spotlight. So I’m happy to give her some love with a proper solo drawing instead of all the low effort doodles and comic panels.
Fun fact: I spelled my name wrong in my signature 🙃

Piper – Shade at the Beach
Was just messing around doodling. I wanted to show Piper doing what she’s kinda come to be known for: thoughtlessly rude comments.
I forgot Charlie was wearing a hat and wrote (what i thought was) a generic rude comment. Charlie responded and I was like “😐whoops.” Well, it worked out. And we got Piper acting like, “… heyyyy😠.”
